I like the style of large EXTRA EXTRA. If I were to use a newspaper style format I think some kind of slogan related to Mararet Thatchers time as Prime Minister.
I do like the Script/Old English typefaces used for Traditional newspapers and think it could fit with the political subject matter as a consistency that runs throughout.
