Concept for layout- Typically British

Looking through we associate with our British society I have been trying to come up with something that can form the concept for the layout. One thing which stood out to me which could be incorporated into the layout was QUEUING.
 

However, I am not sure yet if it's apporpriate to use this with the Margaret Thatcher idea if this shouold just be the main focus of everything.

 

Quick layout ideas for 'queing'

 The more I think about this I don't really think the concept is relevant to the subject matter although it is representing the British it doesn't have anything to do with Margaret Thatcher and the way she affected the country with her policies and decisions.
